Progressive Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) is the owner of UNTV, formally known as UNTV News and Rescue and UNTV Public Service, which airs news and current affairs, public service and religious programs.
PBC holds the television broadcast franchise used by the channel to air, while Breakthrough and Milestones Productions International Inc. (BMPI) is its partner and serves as content provider and the marketing arm for UNTV.
Daniel Razon, a veteran broadcaster, owns BMPI, and has long been associated with UNTV, where he hosts two programs.
