Luz D. David is the ultimate owner of Prime Media Holdings, Inc. (PMHI) and its subsidiary Media Serbisyo Production Corporation (MSPC) through Trans Middle East Phils. Equities, Inc. (TMEPEI).
David owns 99.9975% of TMEPEI, which is the parent company and majority owner (99.9976%) of RYM Business Management Corporation. She also indirectly owns 51.9075% of PMHI through her indirect shares in RYM via TMEPEI.
Meanwhile, David has 26.4728% in MSPC through her stake in PMHI, which co-owns 51% of MSPC with ABS-CBN through a joint venture.
There is no other verified information about David aside from appearing on corporate papers as treasurer and majority owner of TMPEI, whose primary business is “to purchase, invest, acquire, own or deal in or dispose of real and personal properties.”
There are media reports alleging that PMHI and RYM are owned by the family of House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, although his or his wife’s names do not appear among the shareholders. Meanwhile, Martin’s 23-year-old son Andrew Julian had been elected in July 2022 as the youngest board director of Marcventures Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Bright Kindle Resources & Investments Inc. which is owned by RYM.
