Si Felipe L. Gozon ay chairman ng board of directors at chief executive officer ng GMA Network Incorporated. Siya ang sinasabing nasa likod ng tagumpay ng GMA Network Incorporated kasama sina Gilberto M. Duavit Sr. at Menardo Jimenez.Si Gozon ay nag-aral ng law sa University of the Philippines at Yale University Law School. Siya ay abogado ng tagapagtatag ng GMA Network, ang Amerikanong si Robert La Rue Stewart.Taong 1973, noong nalulugi ang Republic Broadcasting System (RBS) ni Stewart, sinasabing inalok niya ng 30 porsiyentong parte si Gozon ngunit ang pera ni Gozon ay kaya lang bayaran ang 10 porsiyento kaya’t inalok nito ang 20 porsiyento sa kanyang bayaw na si Menardo Jimenez.Noong 1975, napasakamay nina Gozon at Jimenez ang pamamahala ng RBS kasama ang kanilang kaibigan na si Gilberto Duavit at pinalitan ang pangalan ng istasyon ng GMA Network. Sa ilalim ng kanilang pamamahala, ang istasyon ay dahan-dahang umangat bilang kakumpitensya para maging pangunahing kumpanya sa merkado ng media sa Pilipinas. Noong 2000, ihinalal ng GMA board si Gozon bilang chairman, presidente at chief executive officer, na nagbago sa balangkas ng pangasiwaan ng network, at napatalsik ang bayaw na si Jimenez sa top management.Siya ay nanatiling chairman at chief executive officer mula noon.Ang anak niyang si Anna Teresa M. Gozon-Abrogar, isa ring abogado, ay itinalagang miyembro ng board of directors noong 2000 at nananatili sa puwesto mula noon. Ang mag-ama ay senior at junior partner, alinsunod sa pagkakasunod, sa Law Firm ng Belo Gozon Elma Parel Asuncion & Lucila.Si Felipe L. Gozon ay may mga interes din sa real estate at banking.
