Siya rin ang chairman of the board at presidente nito.Si Henares ay may masters degree sa Business Administration mula sa Harvard Graduate School at nagtapos ng Business Management sa Ateneo de Manila University ng mga Heswita.Si Henares ay anak ng kilalang personalidad sa media na si Hilarion “Larry” Henares.
